Conducted a detailed third party validation study of Youth Helpline for Youth Affairs & Archaeology
Department, Government of the Punjab. Based upon the validation study a Planning Commission Performa 1 was prepared and presented to the client for further processing with Planning & Development Department of Government of the Punjab. The Youth Affairs & Archeology Department successfully got approval from their fellow Planning & Development, about regularization of the Youth Helpline.

Country Strategy Program III (2010-2015) Evaluation for Plan International Pakistan

Review of Country Strategic Programme (CSP) spanning across 2010 to 2015, conducted for Plan International Pakistan. All the Programme areas including Education, Health, Disaster Risk Reduction, Livelihood and Governance, were evaluated during the exercise. Prepared a Country Strategy Plan III, evaluation framework & executed the same, for ensuring a CSP III evaluation in line with Programme Accountability & Learning System (PALS) guidelines of Plan International. Plan’s entire organizational functions were scanned to determine the fit between the programming priorities and organizational functions. Ensured inclusion of the entire related stakeholder including Plan’s Country Leadership Team, Plan’s Programme Unit Team, Plan Partners, CSOs and related Government Officials. Carried out an objective evaluation based upon a blend of Qualitative & Qualitative methods of analysis. Mapped out actual performance against CSP III goals and objectives in every Programme area and identified & defined the gaps. Prepared & provided key learning(s) arising out of CSP III evaluation, conducted a structured presentation with the Plan’s Country Leadership & Programme Team(s). A workable input provided at the preparation stage of CSP IV (2015-2020)

SMART Survey

Conducted a SMART survey to determine the nutrition status in district Umer-kot Sindh.
During this project Anthropometric, WASH and Infant & Young Child Feeding Practices related data has been collected and analysed from 500 households. A comprehensive SMART survey report produced and presented to Concern Worldwide. The SMART survey served as an
Important input for the future Health & Nutrition related interventions planned by Concern Worldwide.

Preparation of READ Foundation Modules (English Language, In page, Adobe Reader)

Momentum team of exerts conceived and developed 05 months training modules and learning materials for READ Foundation.
These modules were developed in accordance with the lesson planning and student learning objectives. The developed materials were printed in the form of booklets and were distributed among the learners of the READ foundation. Training of master trainers was conducted for each module so that the master trainers can further cascade the training to the teaching staff of READ Foundation.

Promoting Quality Education through Multi-grade Teaching Policies, practices, gaps, and solutions

Momentum Education’s working group and experts conducted this research in collaboration with UNESCO Bangkok. The research was based on the practices of multi-grade teaching in Pakistan and what materials including training resources are available in Pakistan. The research was conducted simultaneously in 07 countries of the world. In Pakistan more than 80% of the teachers are practicing multi-grade teaching but unfortunately vast majority of the teachers are unaware of the multi-grade teaching techniques and approaches. A multi-grade teaching programme was designed for government sector schools based on the research.

Development of WASH Manual for READ Foundation

Under the “integrated community development initiative” (a dedicated end to end programme at READ Foundation) developed a WASH manual for community & community resource persons were trained accordingly. The WASH manual included details related to water storage, water consumption, water purification, latrine construction, maintenance, and hygiene & health behaviours.
