Conducted an end-to-end evaluation of Mercy Corps Programme of Humanitarian assistance to Afghan Refugees Programme. This evaluation covered five Programme interventions for the period of three years from 2013- 2016. Different and specific set of tools was applied to conduct the evaluation from 8 types of respondents’ groups. The evaluation was and submitted in accordance with global evaluation standards of Mercy Corps & the Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration (PRM) the State Department of America.

End Project Evaluation of Promotion of Education and Protection Project for Afghan Refugees for Mercy Corps

Promotion of Education and Protection Project of Mercy Corps was evaluated during 2018. A comprehensive evaluation of the project was conducted for all the project components including formal education, non-formal education, child protection, teachers training and community mobilization for child education. A variety of evaluation methods and approaches were used for gathering views of all the direct and important indirect stakeholders of the project, during the course of evaluation. A detailed evaluation report was prepared, and lessons learnt were disseminated in a stakeholders’ workshop.

Preparation of 05-year Mother and Neonatal Child Health strategy for Balochistan

Momentum team of experts prepared 2017-2022 Mother and Neonatal Child Health strategy for Balochistan. Extensive consultations were carried out with the stakeholders from provincial health department, MNCH programme of the province, NGOs etc. to prepare a comprehensive strategy for provision of MNCH services to the entire population of Pakistan.

MNCH Strategy 5 Years Costing-Mercy Corps

In order to realize the MNCH strategy 2017-2022 of Balochistan province a detailed costing exercise was carried out by the public financial management and financial exerts of Momentum. The costing included itemized cost of the strategy components, estimation of allocated vs issued budgets for MNCH and preparation of covered as well as non-covered budgetary expenditure. Momentum supported launch of strategy and costing exercise with the donor community.
