  • Developed first ever curriculum developed by the Government of Pakistan in 2006-07.
  • Team Leader of Curriculum developed on Health Literacy.
  • Developed more than 100 titles of Post Literacy/ Functional Literacy, Vocational and income generational skills.
  • Developed more than 20 manuals for Trainings in Non-Formal Basic Education and Adult Literacy Programs.
  • Developed manuals on Feeder Schools Systems.
  • Lesson Plans from Class 1 to 5.
  • Developed Literacy and NFBE Management Information Systems.
  • Developed first ever computer-based Literacy Program with the support of UNESCO.
  • Developed more than 30 charts for the raising awareness and promotion of life skills.

Children, who are generally not targeted for sanitation and hygiene, become catalysts of change in the household and broader community. School sanitation is combined with a children’s household toilet program that will reduce incidences of diarrhea by eliminating open defecation by toddlers, increasing handwashing and facilitating household upgrades of latrines.

Prepared a qualitative research design including sampling frame, identification of respondents for primary data and primary data collection tools. Completed the entire research findings and prepared a detailed report outlining the aspects of best practices right away from situation analysis to intervention planning, implementation, monitoring, role of stakeholders, communication for development etc. The synthesis report supported UNICEF Pakistan in augmenting its next country Programme for Education ranging from Jan 2018 to Dec 2021.

National WinS strategy has been adapted by Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Trainings. The WinS strategy addresses all the key areas of strategic importance within the domain of WASH in School as per UNICEF’s three-star approach and applicable child health standards.
All the provinces have also adapted WinS strategies through procedural endorsements.
