Our work on nutrition is aimed at promoting good nutrition through education and awareness about healthy eating habits, the importance of a diverse diet, portion control, and the inclusion of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats. Our research work is focused on access to affordable and nutritious food, especially for vulnerable populations. We have extensively worked on reducing malnutrition, stunting, and micronutrient deficiencies in children and women of Pakistan.
